Pencil Necked Geek - New Animation
So I've been working on this animation for a while now. Getting the motivation to do this after work wasn't easy, but I think it's finally at a point where I can show some people and get their crits and feedback. Hope you guys like this one!
There is two versions, the really small web version that is compressed like crazy (and loses frames in some bits...doh), and the large version that is nice and silky smooth. They are both quicktimes. For the big one, you might wanna right click "Save as". Choose yer poison:

WEll done i must say , very expressive. The lip synching in the beginning seems off tho .

Hey man, this looks really good! Hope you don't mind, but I'm gonna suggest a few things.
The thing I'd say is that it doesn't quite match the emotion that's coming out of the voice. His voice is strained and almost breaking from the tension and I think some of that needs to come out during the poses, shaking his head more through the inbetweens, shaking his fist more and anticipating some the poses bigger. When he says 'in the cracker!' that kind of shake and motion in his head is perfect, it would be cool to see that more throughout.
All in all I think the sandwich is made, you just need to add the mustard...unless it's a peanut-butter sandwich or something then maybe jam?? Anyhow, you get the picture...
